These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and b11111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the b11111 website located at https://b11111.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with b11111.
• Using the b11111 platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Employing software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in b11111's platform for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to b11111 immediately and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other game where such collusion would confer an unfair competitive advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward b11111 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or duplicate-account detection.
• Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or use your b11111 account on your behalf.

b11111 uses industry-standard fraud detection, RNG certification, and real-time monitoring systems to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, b11111 reserves the right to void all associated bets and winnings, close the account without refund of bonus funds, and recover any damages suffered by the platform as a result of the prohibited conduct.

Players may request the closure of their b11111 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, provided that the balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000 and that KYC verification has been completed. • Prolonged account inactivity (accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month, applied to the remaining real-money balance, after 30 days' advance notice to the registered email address).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b11111 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the b11111 platform or any content, service, or feature provided therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, b11111 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or connectivity issues outside b11111's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any third-party information, system, or software used in connection with the platform.
• Any delay in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank transfer partner.
• Decisions made by a player while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that impairs judgment.

b11111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits b11111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

b11111 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from other locations do so entirely at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
